Its central difference from a standard kit is practical, not a wider deck or a new cutting system: the exact -FC configuration is a bare tool with no battery or charger. It can make sense for an owner who already has a compatible EGO 56V pack and charger, likes dual-toggle self-propel controls and accepts a shorter reconditioned-product warranty. It is a poor match if you need everything for a first mow in one carton.

What the reconditioned code changes

The precise retailer SKU is LM2110SP-FC, and its listed package contains one reconditioned mower with the LM2110SP body code. The listing specifies zero batteries, no charger and a one-year limited warranty. EGO's US/Canada warranty policy also places reconditioned or Factory-Certified consumer products in a one-year category, subject to the policy terms. That is the first decision to make: account for a compatible pack and charger you already own, and decide whether you are comfortable buying a reconditioned mower with that warranty. Neither the product code nor a clean manufacturer render tells you the cosmetic condition or service history of an individual unit.

Compare the standard LM2114SP kit if you want the same basic 21-inch dual-toggle arrangement supplied with a 6.0 Ah battery and 320 W charger. The standard kit costs you less convenience only if you already own those items; the reconditioned LM2110SP-FC cannot satisfy a requirement for even one included battery. It also should not inherit the standard new-tool warranty just because both use the same mower body.

Dual-toggle drive, not Touch Drive

This is a walking mower with a powered rear-wheel drive system. EGO identifies the exact family as self-propelled, while the reconditioned SKU page names the dual-toggle handleset. The mower is still steered and guided by the operator; self-propel changes how the machine travels, not whether it follows a route by itself. The control arrangement differs from EGO's Touch Drive palm-control models. If a particular handle feel is an essential need, compare the control requirement directly rather than treating all self-propelled EGO mowers as interchangeable.

The 21-inch cutting width is a familiar middle ground: it covers more than a narrow 20-inch mower but still needs a clear route through gates, between trees and into storage. Measure the complete mower and turns, not only the blade width. A larger deck could reduce passes in open areas but may be awkward where the lawn has tight obstacles. The mower is rated IPX4, which is a splash-resistance rating, not permission to mow during rain or wash the motor with a hose.
