EGO LM2133-FC 21-inch Select Cut Push Mower Kit (Reconditioned) review

LM2133-FC is Acme's reconditioned listing for an EGO 21-inch Select Cut push-mower kit. The exact page names LM2133-FC as the SKU and OEM part, UPC 195532101643, one 5.0 Ah 56V battery, a Rapid Charger and a bag kit. It also labels the condition “Refurbished” and states a one-year limited warranty. The listing was out of stock when checked on October 25, 2026; that snapshot does not establish future availability. The practical distinction from LM2130-FC is the carton: LM2130-FC is listed as a bare tool, while LM2133-FC includes a battery and charger.

A push mower with a real kit advantage

EGO's U.S. Select Cut page lists LM2133 as the 5.0 Ah kit configuration of its 21-inch push mower. The manufacturer describes Select Cut as a multi-blade system, and the exact Acme listing independently confirms push-button start, brushless motor, a 21-inch cut, and mulching, bagging and side-discharge capability. “Push” is literal: this model does not provide self-propelled travel. If you want the mower to pull itself along long or sloping passes, compare a self-propelled EGO such as LM2130SP-FC instead of treating a larger battery as a substitute for drive assistance.

The included 5.0 Ah battery and Rapid Charger make this a practical kit for someone who does not already own a compatible EGO battery. The battery also changes the matching decision: it meets a one-pack minimum at 5 Ah but not a 7.5 Ah-per-pack requirement. The product page's runtime statement is conditional on battery size and mowing conditions. EGO's Select Cut copy describes a longer maximum using a 7.5 Ah pack; do not attribute that runtime to this 5.0 Ah reconditioned bundle or convert a maximum claim into a guaranteed lawn area.

Bagging, mulching and uncertain kit details

Acme lists a bag kit and all three clipping routes, so bagging is a supported choice for this exact offer. The seller's package line does not itemize every small attachment or name which lower blade is in the carton. The standard mower's Select Cut system gives the owner a choice of cutting approaches, but a brochure or base-model page is not proof that a particular reconditioned carton contains each blade. If you specifically need the high-lift bagging blade, a spare lower blade, or a particular mulch insert, ask the seller to confirm that part in the actual bundle before checkout.

Cutting-height copy deserves similar restraint. Acme says seven positions from 1.5 to 4 inches. EGO's page for the standard LM2133 family includes conflicting promotional and technical statements about the number of positions and the lower endpoint. The linked family material uses a different body-code convention from this retailer SKU, so I leave the exact lowest setting and position count unconfirmed for LM2133-FC. If your yard or local practice requires a particular minimum height, confirm the mower's label and manual rather than relying on a title or summary bullet.

Understand the reconditioned trade

Acme calls the exact SKU reconditioned/refurbished and specifies one year of limited warranty coverage. It does not identify the refurbisher, describe the work performed, report the individual unit's prior use, or establish serial-specific recall status. Nor does this page say “Factory Certified”; do not infer a certification from the suffix. The base LM2133 page's new-product warranty should not replace the one-year term in this offer. Acme also gives two different weights—80.37 pounds assembled and 85 pounds—without a clear basis that resolves the conflict. Weight, condition history and the precise delivered accessories remain questions for the seller.

Who is it for?

Shortlist LM2133-FC if you want a push-only 21-inch mower, one included 5.0 Ah battery, a Rapid Charger and a bag kit, and you are willing to buy a reconditioned product under the listed one-year warranty. It is a weaker choice if self-propelled movement, a larger included battery, a guaranteed low cut, factory-certified reconditioning, a fully documented blade set or a particular serial-history result is essential. The new LM2133 is the closest package comparison; LM2130-FC can cost less to equip only if you already have the battery and charger, while LM2135-FC is the related 7.5 Ah push-kit alternative. Check model suffixes carefully: LM2133, LM2133-FC and LM2130-FC describe different package conditions or contents, not interchangeable promises.
